BLOCKSIZE CAPITAL GMBH and CHAINLINK LABS DATA INC recently signed a data license agreement. This form here is for setting up a yearly recurring payment by CHAINLINK LABS DATA INC in regards to this contract.
Once submitted BLOCKSIZE CAPITAL will cancel the existing monthly recurring payment.
